Thank you so much for volunteering!  If you receive income associated with your project, that needs to be deposited, please use the attached Cash Verification Form.  Make sure you get two signatures from PTA members.  

If you purchase anything and need to be reimbursed, please fill out the attached Expense Reimbursement Form and put it in the PTA mailbox in the front office.
